Springwood Homes & Development Corp. is a New Hampshire-based, family-owned builder and developer focused on custom homes, residential neighborhoods, and land development. We are a design-build general contractor — which means we look at the full project, not just the house.
We understand how land, access, grading, utilities, drainage, setbacks, plans, budgets, and construction all work together. From the first conversation through closing, our goal is to help buyers make informed decisions and build homes that make sense for the property and the long term.
Springwood is intentionally small and hands-on. Buyers work directly with the people responsible for the project. That direct relationship keeps the process clear, practical, and personal.
Springwood handles both the land development and the home construction. That combination matters more than most buyers realize.
A successful build starts long before framing begins. The best home for a property depends on the lot itself — its shape, slope, privacy, driveway access, sunlight, trees, utilities, septic or sewer needs, drainage, and overall setting. Springwood evaluates all of this before the plan is finalized.
Springwood is not a production builder. Buyers work directly with the people responsible for the project — not through a sales office or a project manager acting as a go-between. Decisions, questions, and details go straight to the team doing the work.
Our role is to help connect land, road, lot, plan, and house so the final result feels intentional — not forced. That means helping buyers understand the practical side of their decisions at every stage, from site evaluation through selections and construction.
Springwood has been involved in residential construction and neighborhood development throughout southern and central New Hampshire for more than 15 years.
Past Springwood neighborhoods include Autumn Run, Seasons Drive, and Greystone Terrace in Hooksett, Horizon Drive in Goffstown, and Parker Woods in Bedford. These projects represent Springwood’s experience across land acquisition, site planning, design-build construction, and full neighborhood buildout.
Today that work continues with Owl’s Nest Estates in Dunbarton — a Springwood-built custom home neighborhood where road and site work are currently underway. Across all past projects, Springwood has completed more than $25 million in residential work across New Hampshire.
