This website is published by Springwood Homes & Development Corp. to share general information about our homes, neighborhoods, and land development work in New Hampshire. It is offered for informational purposes.
Information is general, agreements are specific
Descriptions, photographs, aerial images, renderings, site plans, and lot information on this site are illustrative and general in nature. They are not an offer, a reservation, or a contract, and they may change as a project progresses. Lot availability changes and should always be confirmed with us in writing before you rely on it.
Anything that matters to a purchase, including specifications, allowances, timelines, deposit terms, and warranty coverage, is governed solely by the signed written agreements between you and Springwood. Where this website and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement controls.
Photographs and renderings
Photographs may show homes and neighborhoods we have built previously. Individual homes are custom, so finishes, layouts, and site conditions vary from what is pictured.

Where we link to another organization, we do so for convenience. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.
