What this website collects, and what it does not.
Springwood Homes & Development Corp. (“Springwood,” “we,” or “us”) operates springwoodhomesnh.com. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what we do with it. It applies to this website only.
Information you give us
The only information this site collects is what you type into our contact form and choose to submit. That form asks for:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- The topic you are writing about, selected from a short list
- Your message
We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a buyer, to communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
What this site does not do
We want to be specific, because many websites are vague here. This site sets no cookies, and uses no advertising pixels and no remarketing tags. We do not build a profile of your browsing, and we do not follow you to other websites.
We do look at simple, aggregate traffic figures: how many pages were viewed, which pages are most popular, and which sites visitors arrived from. We measure this with a privacy-first, cookieless counter (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that stores nothing on your device and does not identify you individually.
Service providers
Three third parties are involved in running this site:
- Netlify hosts the website and processes contact form submissions, which are then emailed to us. Netlify receives the information you submit and standard technical data such as your IP address.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics provides the aggregate, cookieless traffic counts described above. It does not use cookies or track you across sites.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on these pages. Loading them sends your IP address to Google. We do not use Google Analytics or Google advertising products on this site.
Each provider handles data under its own privacy terms. We use them to operate the site, not to market to you.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry messages for as long as we may reasonably need them for our business records and to serve you. If you would like your information removed from our records, contact us and we will do so, except where we are required to keep it in connection with a signed agreement or by law.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just call or email using the details below and tell us what you need.
Children
This site is intended for adults doing business with a homebuilder. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date shown below.
